We are DNT (formerly known as Danny and the Tramp) - a pop/rock band out of San Diego. Our shows are fun, high energy and guaranteed to get people dancing! We play a mix of originals and popular covers. We always put 110% into our promotional efforts. We are open to all sorts of gigs...local venues, private parties, festivals, street fairs...anywhere that we can play our music for new audiences as well as draw our loyal fan base. We are open to shows as the headliner, part of a local line-up or support for a bigger local or touring act.
We have been playing around the San Diego and Los Angeles area for about 5 years - including popular venues such as House of Blues, Soda Bar, Casbah, Gallaghers, Molly Malone's, Winston's and larger events such as SD County Fair, Adams Ave Street Fair and SD Music Thing.
We were also nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2014 San Diego Music Awards and had a song featured on MTV.
