Jaron Yancey is a folk/blues singer/songwriter originally from a small town in Utah, now residing in San Diego, California.
Jaron was first taught music at age 3, as it had been passed down for generations. At age 15, he picked up the guitar and immediately found a passion. Following in the footsteps of his predecessors, Jaron took to the roots and foundation of music and songwriting. The Deep South blues and folk resonates through his whiskey soak vocals and reverberated guitar.
Jaron has spent the last 10 years writing songs, releasing music, booking shows, and touring the US and Europe in several bands. As of late Yancey will be focusing more on his solo work, currently performing in Southern California.
