Joshua Thompson

Joshua Thompson is a freelance performing artist and studio drummer currently based in San Diego, California. With the occasional accompaniment of guitarist Matthew "Gangsta" Dekker, Thompson performs at a wide variety of San Diego venues with a repertoire ranging from today's top 40 hits to Motown classics . Joshua prides himself on his ability to cater to any desired atmosphere. When he's not singing his lungs out in front of San Diego crowds, you can find him on stage as the touring drummer for the 80s hit sensations Wang Chung and Cutting Crew.
