Known for his versatile style and multifaceted signature sound, Kahlil’s music touches on equal parts originality and familiarity; giving his audience a taste of something fresh yet still identifiable. He’s the type of artist that truly connects with his fans and makes them a priority. Since gracing the stage, he has had the opportunity to perform at a vast array of prominent venues and events. Including a 2 year residency at Hard Rock Cafe San Diego, shows at the House of Blues San Diego's Voodoo Room and Main Stage, The Irenic, Soma, Backup sang for Grammy-nominated artist Andra Day at the RiseUp As One concert and has been on stage alongside Bootsy Collins.
Kahlil’s music is also reminiscent of many personal artist influences, including industry heavyweights like Michael Jackson, Prince, Bruno Mars, Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder, among many others. On top of writing his own music, he has also produced a variety of remixes such as 'Finesse' by Bruno Mars ft. Cardi B (which features a self-written and performed guitar solo as well as a verse), ‘Forgot About Dre' by Dr. Dre ft. Eminem and 'Bitch Better Have My Money' by Rihanna for iHeart Radio's Jam'n 95.7.
As Kahlil continues to compose, create, manifest and spread the heat throughout 2021 and beyond, he plans on writing and recording new material to release and already has the process off the ground. His direction is promising, and as he continues to make his way to the top at the pace he’s currently going, Kahlil will eventually be a household name everyone will be talking about.
