Whitherward is the partnership between singer-songwriters Ashley E. Norton and Edward A. Williams. Founded in Nashville in December of 2013, the duo has built a catalog of varied, intricate songs that explore the effects of the human condition. Beginning their career together in the writer's rounds of Nashville, Ash and Ed grew into a full-time touring duo with a move out west to Denver in late 2014. After a stint along the I-25 corridor, the pair decided to hit the road and not look back, embarking on several multi-week tours across the country, through cities such as San Diego, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, Omaha, St. Louis, and many, many more. Super Groupie is an American Hip-Hop/Alternative/Pop group from San Diego, California that is signed to the Pacific Records label. Formed in the summer of 2010, the band consists of Austin Steele (Guitar, Vocals, Beats), Alex Perez (Vocals, Guitar), and Joshua McNeal (Vocals, Beats). Super Groupie has played many shows throughout Southern California including performances at the House of Blues in San Diego and The Roxy in Hollywood for the Sunset Strip Music Festival as openers for Nico Vega and Unwritten Law in 2010. These three young men have been collaborating to create a hybrid of today’s popular music.Their influences range from Outkast, to Sublime, to the Beatles. Brent conveys his love for the craft in every story he weaves, nurtures and delivers. He started to grab ahold of his gift in church, singing in the choir, being around church musicians & singers, but there was something that was always different in the sound/texture/tone in his interpretation of music. Even though there are Christian elements to his music, he wants life, love & faith to be the sole focus of the music when you’re listenin’ & groovin’.
