Jon Campos & The Incurables
We were not born into privilege; we are the offspring of outlaw ventriloquists. Sir Campos Incurable, our Grand Pappy, dethroned The Chaplin Brothers in the infamous battle of "The Spoken Word". As a result, the family Incurables' were banished to Southern California where Sir Incurables' decedents reside today. It was there, they decided their fate, it is: TO ROCK!
We have opened up for: Adelita's Way, Saving Abel, Ritchie Kotzen, Pat Travers, Puddle of Mudd, Jake E. Lee's Red Dragon Cartel, John5, Saliva, Wild Child - Jim Morrison Tribute, Skid Row, Black Star Rider, Eddie Money, The Babys, Ronnie Lee, Steppenwolf, Lynch Mob, etc.
Places we have played/play: House of Blues SD and Anaheim, The Coach House, The Holding Company, Ramona Mainstage, Music Box SD, Navajo Live, Brick by Brick, The Canyon, BNS Brewery, The Latino Festival de Maryland, The Green Festival, San Felipe, SXSW, Carousel Lounge - Austin, San Diego County Fair, etc. I think you get the gist.
We received 6 Global Music Awards for our EP, Tragic Tales & Lullabies as well as a nod from San Diego Film Awards for Best Music Video for the title track Tragic Tales & Lullabies.
